One connected record from requirement to stock.
mosaicOne is web-based software that manages the operational side of a manufacturing company: purchase requisitions and approvals, purchase orders and delivery schedules, goods receipts, incoming quality inspection, and inventory by batch, bin and status. Every record is linked to the one before it, so any batch can be traced back to its supplier, purchase order, receipt and quality result.
Production — production orders, bills of materials and material issue — is the next module being built. HR, payroll and CRM are future scope, and Tally and accounting integration is on the roadmap.
Why it exists
Material moves. Information doesn’t.
In a growing factory, a requirement starts in one place, the approval happens on WhatsApp, the PO sits in an Excel sheet, the GRN goes into a register, quality remarks stay on paper and stock is updated somewhere else. The material keeps moving; the information about it gets left behind at every handoff.
mosaicOne exists to keep that thread intact — so the next department does not have to start from scratch, and a question like “where did this batch come from?” has one answer.

mosaicOne is built for manufacturing companies in India — especially MSMEs and factories that have outgrown spreadsheets but do not want a generic, accounting-first ERP. Inside the plant it serves the people who move material: purchase and purchase managers, receiving, quality, stores and management.
India is the initial focus. Purchase orders are GST-aware, and the team works with factories directly — including over WhatsApp.
