What this site collects

This website collects personal information only when you submit the demo request form.

• Demo requests. When you submit the Book a free demo form, the name, work email, company, role and message you enter are sent securely to our server and stored in a Google Sheet that only the mosaicOne team can access. We use them only to respond to your request and arrange a demo.
• Technical logs. Your hosting provider may automatically log IP address, user agent, and request metadata for security and reliability. Those logs are controlled by the host, not by application code in this repository.

Cookies and third parties

This marketing site does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are self-hosted with the site assets. Demo requests are stored using Google Sheets (Google Workspace), which processes that data under Google's own terms and privacy policy.

Retention and your choices

Demo requests and emails you send us are retained as ordinary business correspondence. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal data you have sent us, contact [email protected].

Changes

We may update this policy as the site or contact process changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
